At Treherne Care Group, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a life filled with purpose, independence, and happiness. For years, we have worked alongside people with complex needs, helping them achieve their goals and supporting them to thrive within their communities. We provide bespoke Supported Living and Residential Care services for adults with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs. Every service we deliver is tailored to the individual, ensuring the right support is available at the right time.
Our staff are at the heart of everything we do. We invest heavily in staff development, creating a culture where individuals can grow, succeed, and make a real difference. This commitment has been recognised through our Investors in People Gold accreditation, an award we are very proud of.
In 2026, we canvassed our staff members asking them what they felt were our core values. Many suggestions were put forward, but the top six were Compassion, Respect, Teamwork, Empowerment, Trust, and Adaptabilty.

The move was a complete success. The staff have provided a friendly and professional approach at all times. They have helped him develop his selfcare skills and confidence and changed the service as his needs and wishes have changed.
The Treherne team have always worked very well with me and his psychiatrist to make sure that we work together as a multidisciplinary team, even though we are some distance away. The team have always kept me well informed and taken my advice and suggestions and I have come to trust their advice and suggestions.
One further point to note, is the low staff turnover of staff at Treherne. This is good for service users, as well as external professionals such as me. Low turnover usually indicates high staff satisfaction; and I have seen several instances of staff progression and promotion within Treherne Care.
