Providing a Bespoke Person Centred Service
At Treherne Care Group we know that the staff, who provide the support to individuals in our care, are the motor that drives the engine. So much so, we provide a robust personal development strategy which, we are proud to say, resulted in us achieving a Gold Accreditation with the Investors in People, in 2025.

I placed a person in a Treherne residential home several years ago and visited him frequently.
The move was a complete success. The staff have provided a friendly and professional approach at all times. They have helped him develop his selfcare skills and confidence and changed the service as his needs and wishes have changed.
The Treherne team have always worked very well with me and his psychiatrist to make sure that we work together as a multidisciplinary team, even though we are some distance away. The team have always kept me well informed and taken my advice and suggestions and I have come to trust their advice and suggestions.
One further point to note, is the low staff turnover of staff at Treherne. This is good for service users, as well as external professionals such as me. Low turnover usually indicates high staff satisfaction; and I have seen several instances of staff progression and promotion within Treherne Care.
