In my role, I oversee training and development for more than 130 staff working across residential and domiciliary care services, ensuring they have the knowledge, qualifications and opportunities needed to grow in their careers and provide excellent care.
Outside of work, I am a proud family man who enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. I am also a big sports fan and enjoy playing and watching football and golf whenever I get the chance.
