Our Training & Development Department plays a vital role in ensuring that all members of our Health & Social Care teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to provide the highest standard of care.
With responsibility for over 130 staff across both residential and domiciliary services, we focus on ensuring that training requirements are consistently met while also creating meaningful opportunities for personal and professional development. Our aim is not only to ensure that staff are fully qualified and compliant, but also to support them in building rewarding careers within the care sector.
